Single Ply PTFE Glass/Aramid Conveyor Belts

We offer conveyor belts based on PTFE glass fabrics and PTFE aramid fabrics. With different fabric constructions (Plain-, Atlas-, Twill- weave) and different yarns a huge variety of surface structures and thicknesses can be obtained.

Thicknesses from 0,16 mm up to 0,7 mm
Widths up to 3,5 m

In addition, sealed surfaces (Magic surface, -10), antistatic finishes as well as high performance coatings (HR and ST) are available.

Multi Ply PTFE Glass Conveyor Belts

Multi ply PTFE glass conveyor belts are available in thicknesses from 0,28 mm up to 1 mm. The maximum widths are 3,5 m. The PTFE fabrics can be shipped already welded to an endless belt or they can be welded on site. Several joint systems are available. The unique UVN joint can be integrated only in an multi ply belt. This joint has a very small bulge and thus does not mark the product produced on the belt.
